"People You Can Trust"

Here at AmeriTrust Financial, LLC, the most important part of our business is you, the customer. Our success depends on how well we treat our customer and whether you would refer a friend or relative to do business with us. In this growing and competitive market we are confident in saying our staff far exceeds the competition when it comes to customer service.

Surveys show that most Americans do a pretty good job of managing household budgets, however we do need occasional help. A growing number of consumers choose to use a payday advance to cover unexpected expeneses without incurring revolving debt. Some of the other alternatives to a payday cash advance include a loan from another lending institution or from family and friends, a cash advance on your credit card, or a salary advance.

We abide by a set of practices that enable you to rescind the transaction at no cost before the end of the following business day by returning the full amount of the advance to the provider.

A payday solution is a short-term solution not intended for repeated use in carrying an individual from payday to payday. When a cash crunch arises, we're here to help get you through. However, a payday advance is not intended for use except on a short-term basis. Frequent or repeated use can create a serious financial hardship we may not be able to help with. If you need help with budgeting or debt management, call the National Foundation of Credit Counseling at 1-800-388-2227, the NFCC is a network of national non-profit Financial Care Centers, dedicated to helping people learn how to budget better and use credit wisely. You can be connected to the Center nearest you with one toll-free call.

We respect our customers' right and desire for privacy in managing their personal financial matters. The payday advance transaction is a confidential one, and we will treat your personal information accordingly.

State law regulates the maximum advance amount available. Your advance amount is based on your current income.

The fee is in compliance with state and federal law. Our goal is to offer the most competitive fee possible.

The agreement you have to read and sign before you get your payday advance complies with all applicable state and federal disclosure requirements. It outlines the terms of the payday advance transaction, including the cost of the service fee both as a dollar amount and as an annual percentage rate (APR). This helps us to provide you with all the information you need to make informed decisions.

Just like you, we hope this doesn't happen. But if it does, we are committed to collecting past due accounts in a professional, fair, and lawful manner. You will be responsible for payment in full on your account. We will contact you to collect the amount due and if necessary your account may be turned over to a collection agency.

No. Our company policy is to not pursue criminal actions against a customer as a result of the customer's check being returned unpaid. However, we may seek civil remedies to collect the past due amounts.

We strive to provide friendly and professional customer service and receive very few customer complaints. If, however, you have a problem or concerned that is not resolved to your satisfaction by your local AmeriTrust Financial Manager, we invite you to call our Customer Comment Line at 1-866-672-6684.
